Hello Upworkers, At CrystalClear Capital Partners, we offer insurance based tax saving strategies to Canadian business owners. We are currently looking for a full time virtual executive assistant to join our team as our company is growing. This exceptional VA would join our team to provide administrative support for our team’s three co-founders whilst working remotely. We are hiring a full timer with experience as an executive assistant. The right candidates will perform a mix of executive assistant, administrative duties and customer service representative duties, and must have good experience on Upworks and excellent ratings. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, updating our custom CRM and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Slack, and ClickUp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities: Respond to emails and phone calls Schedule Zoom or Team meetings for individuals and groups Book travel and accommodations Manage a contact list Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar and Calendly) Perform market research Provide customer service as the first point of contact Create and pull reports Marketing and Research tasks Update data in the CRM Prepare presentations for meetings Make outbound phone calls to potential clients (no cold calls, all of our calls are made to people that have interest in our services). We are looking to attract VAs to stay for a long time and be very satisfied with their role with our company. Working with cofounders and supporting them to close contracts and generate new business. You should have good experience in sales and support. As this is a virtual position and you will be working remotely, you must have great internet connections and familiar with video conferencing. You should have a professional appearance on online meetings. YOU MUST BE a go getter, very detailed and organized and enthusiastic about the work. You need to be fluent in English be able to write well for emails and drafting letters and agreements. Ability to anticipate needs, make suggestions and improve processes. You must be available during the day Pacific Standard Time (West coast Canada) time. We are also looking for someone who is interested in a FULL TIME POSITION, 40 HOURS A WEEK, 8 AM TO 5 PM PST, AND WILL REQUIRE YOUR FULL FOCUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WITH THIS, SO KEEP IT IN MIND. OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED (UP TO 2 HOURS). The hourly rate is $5.27 an hour gross to $6 an hour gross. If you have a CONSISTENT track record of earning more than $6, we will consider a rate going up to $7. Do not apply if this rate does not work for you. We will pay a bonus (to account for when you are at the initial 20% rate on Upwork). For example, your agreed upon rate is $6 an hour, then after the initial 85 hours (rough) that you bill us, we will pay you a one time bonus of $60, which will make your rate equivalent to $5.40 an hour (after Upwork fee).
