We are looking for an Amazon Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team! You will be working for a TOP Amazon e-commerce brand based in the US, with a remote and global team of high achievers. This is a long term, night-shift position where you will be able to apply your skills in Executive Virtual Assistance. Team members will receive premium training programs, a competitive salary, and will develop into an elite Amazon VA. The company will also provide 13th month pay, paid vacation leaves, paid flex leaves, paid holidays, as well as medical allowance after 6 months. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience working in a graveyard shift. Pacific Standard Time. * At least 1-2 years of Proven, Relevant and Consistent experience being a Virtual Assistant to executive or C-level roles. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional online research skills * Great organization skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage tight deadlines. * Excellent computer skills – MS Office and Google Productivity Suites. (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) * Fully equipped home office setup; high speed laptop/desktop (preferably with 8GB RAM or higher), fiber internet, backup internet (Wi-Fi LTE) and power back-up. A HUGE Plus If: * You have Amazon Seller Central experience * You are an Excel/Sheets wizard This position is for candidates who can start ASAP and are only looking for full-time and long term 100% home based work. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inventory Management: Track inventory using spreadsheets or paid tools to know when to place orders with labels/packaging/product suppliers and ensure that we don’t over stock or run out of stock. * Logistics Management: Track the marketplace’s inventory and work with 3PL warehouse to replenish inventory to various fulfillment centers and retail locations * Amazon Seller Central management: We will provide training but it’s a huge plus if you have seller central experience. * Other Marketplace Management: Manage all other online and offline marketplaces such as Walmart, E-bay, iHerb, our own website and possible brick & mortar stores in the future. * Online Research: Researching different business needs, including but not limited to ingredient suppliers, testing labs, FDA regulations, marketplace opportunities, useful tools, useful training materials, etc. * Document Preparation: Collecting, organizing and managing documents for all business needs * Accounting support such as validating invoices, tracking account receivable and possible Quickbooks management. Quickbooks experience not needed. * Assisting the CEO in day to day business operations and administrative duties including but not limited to managing the CEO’s calendar, emails, meetings, travel arrangements etc. Monthly salary would be $500 to $600 depending on your level of experience.
