Job Description: Work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance Process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Must have experience in Manufacturing Must have experience in using Quick Books Maintain bookkeeping records, copying and filing information as required. Produce client billing statements and invoices. Assist in the preparation of the financial statements. Other tasks deemed necessary by management. We are looking for 2 Full Time Bookkeepers preferably with experience in the following industries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing The Shift Schedule : 9am-6pm EST Compensation: Starting Salary of USD 5/hour
