We are seeking a customer service eCommerce agent for email support. Position is full time. Hours of operation are between 9:00am to 5:30pm (Bogota) so you must be flexible and able to work 6 days per week. We need agents that are able to work 48 hours weekly and can clear 150 tickets during 8 hour shift. Job is fixed at 480USD monthly PLUS INCENTIVES. Requirements: Experience with Gorgias is a MUST (1 year plus) Stable internet and reliable computer At least 1 year experience in customer service Can type accurately and good grammar We are an Agency and we are seeking agents that are committed and looking to grow with us.
