We are a community consulting company and venture studio, and we’re looking to hire someone with the potential of being an extraordinary Virtual Assistant. To start, this is a part time job of 10-20 hours a week, with the possibility of becoming full time in the near future. Hours of work will be based on US East Coast time. You’ll be supporting in all areas of operations – from managing calendars and meetings, sending follow-ups, drafting email replies, doing web research, and helping keep track of everything in our project management system. We’re also looking for someone who can grow and take on more responsibility over time. Must be an expert English speaker, someone who is self confident in their communication, someone who is skilled in time and project management, someone who is a self-starter and can solve a problem on their own, someone who is reliable and professional, someone who writes well and enjoys writing well (and catching typos before a message leaves the inbox), and is a good listener.
