About us: US based Real estate Educator and Real estate investment professional. Crazy schedule on a global scale with very small projects in 3 different continents and growing. Because these are small projects the margin of profits are small therefor the margin of error can be devastating. We have been approved to do business with States and Federal Government and are therefore looking for opportunities there as well. We’re looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipatory, and we anticipated to require approximately 25-40 hours per week. Sometimes more depending on the project and season. The work will include the following: – Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar – Handle financial matters such as expense reports – Make business purchases and deal with vendors – Manage excel projections and pro forma. – Negotiate construction projects with contractors and vendors – Research business opportunities, deal with stakeholders to include govern. officials – Online Research and clear concise compilations – Presentation creation, power point or similar softwares – Other tasks that may support me and my projects are welcomed Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat – Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Google Calendar, excel, power point. – Some business, management expertise in accounting, financial modeling, & others a plus In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.
