our company needs a Gis mapping specialist, with goof command of QGIS for a photo-interpretation work and land use mapping task. deliverable will be a shape files layers of the landuse on the area located in Caribbean region. the consultant must have a profile of geographer, geologist, earth observation specialist. the specialist must be French speaking, and provide proofs of former successful mapping achievement. we provide the GIS, DTM, earth observation data (aerial and satellite). Considering the size of data a link will be send to download them. a long briefing of several hours will be necessary ( Zoom). ideally a meeting with the person who be great (we are in Paris) and a first set of results will be asked before confirming the order of the full job. we shall provide the sample data set for the test to selected consultants. we shall order the work and get results weekly, renew the job weekly if we area satisfied for a total duration estimated to 2to 3 weeks.
