Looking for experienced VA familiar with real estate. Duties include: – Cold calling leads using scripts – Qualifying leads and determining motivation – Using lead generation platforms like Batch Leads and Propstream – Using Batch Dialer to make phone calls. Must have: – Excellent communication skills – Motivated – Familiar with common real estate terms – Willing to learn – Excellent conversational English – Positive attitude – Must be timely and have a strong work ethic – Resilient – Reliable access to internet and quiet working environment Employer will provide: – List to call – Internet based dialer system (must have strong and reliable internet connectivity) Job will require daily conversations with customers that may be under stressful situations. Interview will be held in English to determine language proficiency. A voice recording of reading a script will be required. Script will be provided after acceptable application has been received.
