We are: a small, boutique recruiting agency seeking an organized, efficient and trustworthy individual to provide supplemental administrative support. Responsibilities include: -One virtual check in/touch base per week to go over current accounts & open roles. -Searching for/selecting appropriate candidate resumes from a resume database (based upon geography, experience level, etc.) -E-mailing said candidates with the appropriate form e-mail that will have been pre-written by the Recruiter, and is specific to either the role or the individual candidate. -Keeping track of candidates contacted each shift in a simple Excel spreadsheet that you will e-mail over once per week. *At no time will you be expected to interact directly with candidates-the contact information for the Recruiter (only) is listed in the e-mail, and all calls/responses will go directly to the Recruiter. You are: Someone who exhibits a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency. You can: capably identify potential candidates for a specific job role. You enjoy: – working with minimal to no daily interaction/feedback from others. -making extra money whenever you have spare time You want: a flexible, simple working arrangement that could easily be long term (for the right person) If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Work includes: -Reviewing resumes in a database and sending out contact e-mails (which are pre-written for you). All calls are directed to the agency, and you are not expected to interact with candidates at all-only to send e-mails. That’s it!
