We are the trusted advisor for all IT / Telecommunications needs, including Telephone systems, Carrier services, Voice & data networks, VoIP systems, Cabling and Managed IT services. We are looking for an experienced appointment setter that has the skills and knowledge to exceed customers expectations and be part of a great team. Must be able to communicate clearly and for the right candidate. Skills and Experience: Clear and concise communication skills. The ability to work effectively within a team environment. Friendly phone manner. Care about customer satisfaction. Previous Outbound Sales/Appointment setting experience a must. Professional and positive work ethic. Ability to build rapport with clients. Target/KPI driven. Reporting is a crucial part of this position. You will be required to send stats after every shift, such as total calls, presentations, callbacks, appointments made etc. Calls to be made during Australian business hours of 9 am – 5 pm. You must have a call recording tool where we can listen to the call when required so we can provide feedback.
