We find creative ways purchase their property and/or offer a wide array of other solutions to help these homeowners. Full Job Description: We are seeking a qualified real estate cold caller/text (SMS) marketer for hire in March 2021 to assist with setting appointments via cold calling/texting/communicating with homeowners who may be to sell their homes. Qualifications: – 2 or more years experience with cold calling/telemarking – 2 or more years experience working with real estate firms/practices – Experience with power dialer software to conduct calls – Confidence speaking English over the phone – Experience in sales preferred Work Schedule: 25 Hours/Week – Monday through Friday 4PM to 9PM (Eastern Standard Time) Compensation: $8 hourly plus a $1,000-$5000 commission of each deal that is closed from a lead you set an appointment for.
