We are a health food brand, looking to grow our team. Part-time role can lead to a become full-time part of our team Responsibilities: • Engaging with followers and leads through likes and comments. • Finding the right influencers for our brand through manual research • Outreach to influencers through email and DM’s • Grow our social media account • Occasional correspondence and answer emails • Prepare and organize databases and reports • Manage social media accounts and replies • Listing our products in varies selling platforms such as Ebay • Handle confidential employer and client information • Create purchase orders and track and manage payments • Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients • Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation • Create relationship with influencers and new partnerships deals, ability to negotiate and present e-commerce food brand. Preferably develop strategy and execute Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Google Docs / Sheet, cloud services, WordPress, and other technology tools such as Activecamoiagn, Trello, Canva • Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text • Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions • Self-directed and able to work without supervision • Strong customer service and presentation skillsq • Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed • Two years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred Preferably available in business hours timezone with Australia ( AEDT).
