Administrative Assistance will assist with a variety of tasks. – Post job postings on several job boards – Draft, edit and create documents including but not limited to policy and procedure handbook, manuals, legal briefs templates, etc w/ ACCURACY. – Upload social media content into planoly and facebook business suite – Research for marketing/community events – Upload email marketing into Ontraport – Research potential brand partnerships – Create powerpoints -Research industry holidays, events, trending topics, newsworthy releases Must be efficient with researching skills, canva, planoly, ontraport, microsoft word, powerpoint. Must be able to type 60-75 wpm. Experience in Real Estate and Trademark law PLUS.
