We are looking for a responsible Virtual Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a position on our team with opportunity for growth. Duties of the Virtual Assistant include providing support to our team and agents, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Virtual Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems, database management and communication via our CRM. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Drive. Ultimately, a successful Virtual Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office, take initiative, support the team leader, be a leader and be innovative. Responsibilities Organize and schedule appointments Organize and maintain database Help with setting up templates and systems Help with real estate contracts and maintenance of files Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintain contact lists Provide general support to the team Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in Google Suite Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
