Currently seeking a stellar virtual assistant to keep me on top of my professional operations. I work as a freelancer and run a company in the tech/entertainment sector where there’s a lot of crossover between the personal and professional. That translates to needing someone with a high level of trustworthiness, discretion, and reliability – someone able to keep track of conversations across Facebook, Twitter, Email, Slack, Instagram and various other social and professional platforms using both my personal accounts and separate accounts that the assistant will create specifically for working with me and my colleagues. The work is very straightforward but involves taking in and keeping track of a lot of information pertaining to reminders to keep up with several different things – from scheduling meetings, to setting personal appointments, to helping manage my professional social media accounts and strategy. There will also be some database work that will, at times, require EXTREME attention to detail. I prefer to communicate with my assistant via Slack and manage various projects through Google Calendar, Google Docs, Tick Tick, Todoist, Notion, and Hubspot, so experience with those tools or general proficiency with office software is a must. This began life as an intermittent, experimental position and has grown considerably over the last several months – it’s an ideal fit for someone with high flexibility and additional revenue streams, but it is also an invaluable part of my operations with potential to grow exponentially for the right candidate. Presented rate is subject to regular raises consistent with outstanding performance. Strong preference for candidates available to work Saturdays.
