Outbound calling a list of homeowners and motivated sellers. They can be from foreclosed homes to vacant properties. If they answer, You would mention to them that our investment firm "1st capital" would like to buy their property and close within 10-15 days. If they’re interested, you set an appointment and find the best day and time that works for them to speak with me (Investor) over the phone.
