We are a fully remote agency looking for two virtual assistants to aid our team with research, data collection and outreach tasks. This person must be experienced in online research and website analysis so we can get them up to speed as quickly as possible. Responsibilities will include: – Combing through data as provided by our proprietary tools – Assessing data and websites through established quality criteria – Direct outreach via email to potential vendors / partners – Clear communication and documentation of progress The person we are looking for is: – Extremely organized – Skilled at taking direction and being thorough in following a process – Expert at hitting and maintaining deadlines – Able to effectively communicate with team members and vendors via email – Available for Zoom calls during working hours (East Coast Time in the US) – Excited about combing through piles of data – Loves to research and dig into projects with clear guidelines and instructions – Able to work independently and has exceptional attention to detail – A quick learner – Able to handle multiple projects at once – Familiar with Google’s Suite of Office Products especially Google Docs, Sheets, Email, and Calendaring – Familiar with current office technologies, like Zoom, Slack, etc.
