I’m looking for someone to take calls for my business. The number of incoming calls ranges from 10-20 per day and generally last 1-2 minutes. All I’m looking for is someone who can answer the phone, be friendly to the customer, and record a Name, Phone Number, and Project details in a spreadsheet. Once you hang up and enter the info, your job is done. Calls would be coming in between the business hours of 8am-8PM EST. Looking for someone who: -Is a native English speaker -Sounds friendly on the phone -Has the availability to answer 10-20 phone calls during the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (1-2 minute phone calls, this is a low time commitment) -If you miss a call, please call the customer back in a timely manner to get their details -EST timezone preferred, but not required as long as you can answer the phone between 8am-8pm EST Pay would be fixed $200/month
