Roles:   The Lead Nurture Customer Service role is designed to ensure effective and timely communication with all inbound leads. The way Conquest ascends new leads to full paying members is by ensuring routine and clear dialogue through the initial contact, appointment setting, appointment follow up, and membership enrollment process. In this role, you will be reaching out via phone call and text message to every inbound lead with the intent of setting them an appointment for a free trial. 100% follow up is expected with all leads until they have either signed up as a member, or ran through our entire lead nurture process. First impressions are one of the most important things in ultimately being about to close a membership sale. It is vital that our Customer Service Representatives approach all interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Requirements: Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable holding a conversation on the phone in English. Must have strong organizational, data tracking skills utilizing various tracking tools such as Google Sheets and Online Scheduling software, etc. Must be willing to familiarize yourself with Conquest’s service offerings so basic questions can be answered when communicating with leads. Working hours will be part time and flexible but must correspond to Eastern Standard Time 8AM – 8PM. Experience with the following software is preferred Acuity Online Scheduling, Google Sheets, Zen Planner, Skipio, Zapier, 97 Displays. Responsibilities:   – Reach out to 100% of all Conquest inbound leads via both phone call and text message – Update Lead Tracking Google Sheet as leads move through the nurturing process – Set free trial class appointments using Acuity Online scheduling software – Communicate daily with Conquest instructors and sales staff for updates on sales and appointments – Follow-up with all leads using Conquest proven contact protocol – Attend weekly Conquest Staff meeting via Zoom at noon on Wednesdays – Verify lead accuracy and make necessary updates using the back end of the 97 Displays Website portal – Responsibilities and hours may grow over time if employee displays aptitude and desire for increased tasking Results:  Maintain or improve upon current leads contact and appointment set rate of 100% of leads contacted, with 50% appointments set. An effective job will additionally be seen by the overall improvement of new member sales.
